With the introduction of new tax bills and increasingly complex adjustments to economic language due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Kenya, there was need to create a more conversational tone when communicating to the general public about these issues and news. Introducing Kara, a virtual customer care rep who would traverse the digital platforms with FAQs, snackable content and relatability with the audience
